Okay, you've made a fair point.  I'll agree with you.  But then, here's
another question.  What did he do, if anything, once he found out there
were shenanigans afoot?  If I headed a VE body and I found out some of
my VE's were "rotting the barrel" I'd be there myself, ASAP, taking
names and kicking butt, as it were.  I'm not overly familiar with the
particulars and would be interested to know if any apologies -
retribution - reforms happened.

If soemthing like this was going on with agents who were representing MY
name; I'd sure as heck find out what was going on and then publicly
resolve to make sure it never happened again.
