So let me get this right, you want 50% of members to quit, that will 
definitely cause the ARRL to drop everything and figure a way to get 
members and revenue back so they can operate.

In the meantime BPL passes through the FCC with no major opposition, the 
result? All the ham bands become like the 11 meter band, you will need 1000 
watts to talk to the other side of your county,  then you are going to be 
happy?

CW will increase in popularly because you will need 1000 Watts and CW to 
talk to someone two counties away.

Boy the CB crowd can come up with good plans, I'm impressed.
