Huh, you don't think having 50+% of ARRL members quit would send a statement
and achieve the desired results? That is exactly the "American" way. You can
always rejoin when code is retained and CW/digital subbands protected.

I hear of more people quitting the League than ever. Vote 'em out with your
pocketbooks.
