[CVRC] Modification of Kenwood HT to transmit on additional bands

Hi, Gary.

The FCC notice you reference was only an Advisory Notice (as opposed to the 
more serious Warning Notice) advising an individual of the ramifications of 
=using= a modified amateur radio on FRS/GMRS and that the FCC certification 
labels must be in place, again, before a radio can be =used= on 
FRS/GMRS.  It further advised that if a modified radio were to be used on 
FRS/GMRS, it would be the ultimate user who be in violation, with no 
mention made of sanctioning the seller.
