[CVRC] Need a Capacitor

I am looking for anyone interested in the rejuvination of an ugly, Hallicrafter Model TW1000, Volts AC-DC 20 watts and or  90 Volt B and 9 Volt A batteries, all band "World Wide" Portable Receiver.  It's not pretty and I have not tried to fire it up.

I was given this in order to salvage the tuning capacitor it contains, but rather than to completely destroy it, I wish to swap it for an old broadcast tuning capictor in the range of 400 - 500 Pf.

It appears to be all there and in place with the exception of the separate so called skyrider antenna.  It weighs in at 21.5 Lbs without the batteries and appears to be complete.

I am interested in the various configureations and experimenting with low power, QRP, antenna tuners.
