Hi, Glenn.

As ASEC Don will be a "dotted line" report under Dick Creley.  His duties 
will be as Dick may assign them to be, but I see Don as a resource and not 
as an additional level in the command chain.  If Dick should be 
unavailable, however, I would expect Don to step in and mind the store as 
needed.

I will let Don or Dick chime in with anything else....
