Do I report to Don now?

What duties will Don have as an ASEC? Might be good to have him design the
S.E.T. this year. I've put the S.E.T. together in the past, because Dick
felt that he didn't have enough experience.

I was thinking of connecting to the Minden IRLP repeater around lunch time.
