High Wind Advisory
330 am PDT sun may 19 2002

...Wind Advisory today...
strong winds are expected to develop over a wide area of the
northern Sierra and western Nevada.  South winds will increase to
30-45 mph by this afternoon ahead of a strong low pressure system
off the California coast.  Winds will continue into the evening
hours before diminishing or becoming localized overnight.

Areas of blowing sand and dust with reduced visibilities are
possible in some areas today.  High profile vehicles will be at some
risk on the roadways today.
