[CTSARA] Availability For Post-Hurricane Duties

I've received a specific request from the director of the EOC to poll the
members and find out who would be available to participate in post-hurricane
efforts.  Nothing specific defined yet, but it's likely to include things
like driving around to check on damage, manning shelters, and even setting
up portable stations at "strategic" locations.

We've been saying that we want to be invovled and we want them to call on
us, so we need as many people to turn out as possible!!!

There is of course the caveat and understanding that family comes first.

post-hurricane.
