[Collins] help still needed

Hi Jerry and all other collins fans. I changed al cap in de ALC proximity, and removed temporarily V13, and nothing.

Re reading Jerrys mail he mentinons the posibility of a short at netralization circuit and high PA current . As it happened, the Pa tube went 

RED HOT and a low ohm resistor burned. wich I replaced. The resistor goes from a feed thru device to a choke.  This all

sound like Jerrys first coment. How do I check for a short  here? Excuse my basic knowledge.   KJRY Martin
