[Collins] Grounding attachments S-1 line

I must be the only one using a 62S-1 with an S-line.
BTW, the 62S-1 does not have a ground terminal, but with the "Rats nest" of
shielded cables connecting it to the 32S-3 I did not worry about it.  After
this discussion I will add a ground to the center cabinet screw .

On a slightly different topic, I find that grounding the case of the station
computer box cuts down on RFI.
