[Collins] Grounding attachments S-1 line

Neither the convertor jack, nor the screen jacks get used other than
with the 62S1. I forgot about the convertor jack, it would be a tad
safer than the screen jacks. But all are safe with a good SWITCHCRAFT
plug and hazardous with an import nickle plated plug that won't hold the
spring either.
