[Collins] Grounding attachments S-1 line

A 1/4 inch drill is way too big. I figure that anyone who is going to drill
into a metal chassis would at least use a sharp bit.....(heck, you can buy a
new bit for a $1), a decent drill and some common sense. I don't like to
create extra holes in vintage radios, but there are no "Hanger Queens" here
and if it is my safety at issue, it gets a hole......
The S-line is not bad, but I once lost a printer hooked up to a R-390A that
was about 50VAC off ground.
