C56 and c89 are the cathode bypasses for the first audio. Might have a
minor effect on the developed AGC voltage. The AGC time constant
capacitor is C50 in parallel with R24, the two set the AGC delay, the
charging resistor R50, the RF gain control voltage divider, and the high
impedance of the small diode in the 6AT6 set the attack time constant.
