[Collins] 75A-4 meter faces

My observations from the collection:

Serial numbers  3485 and 3825  - red bar=20
Serial numbers 4777 and 4750 -   no red bar

Why the change:  To match the KWS-1, I surmise or that the red had no =
real significance on a receiver S-Meter.  Perhaps, a customer wrote to =
Collins to ask if the receiver would be "damaged" if the needle was =
jumping into the red area!  Makes sense since red on a meter indicates =
"danger."

I have to control these illusionary tendencies by getting more sleep and =
quit reading Harry Potter!
