Just use a 12v (or even a 9v) wall wart to connect to the fan. Most of =
us have them laying around from all types of household electronics. I =
mounted a small on-off switch to the side of the fan and no hash or =
noise of any kind. Have 4 rubber feet on the muffin fan and it sets on =
top of rig pulling air out.

I must say, however, that K4zrd's fan set up looks to be first class. I =
think he spent a lot of time designing it so It probably works with =
noise "in check". If you email him, I'm sure he can aleviate any =
concerns regarding noise. But if you are on a tight budget, try the =
wall wart method (and no radio modifications are necessary!).
