[Collins] A4 versus M2: how do they compare

The 75A4 is a receiver, the KWM2A is a transceiver.

The acquisition of either will require repair and continual maintenance.
There are a lot of new, simple to use radios on the market, they would be
more appropriate for a new Ham.
