Try this (it may sound crazy but then, I've seen equally strange things): Use PVC pipe and wrap it up in aluminized foil. Be sure to ground it. Otherwise (as has been suggested) use copper pipe and use PC board ends cut and drilled to shape and solder them onto the copper body. That otta work real nice (and copper pipe could be had in just about any dimensions.

a tube shield and socket but that is really too small. An old scope
probe body would be ideal.
