[Collins] 75a-4

As some of you are aware, I recently became the owner of a 75A-4 and 312A-1
both of which were dirty, from storage, and smoke laiden. Both have been
cleaned and waiting some paint.
Question:
1-    Since this radio uses the old two wire electrical power cable and
fused only on the hot side, should this be changed to a more modern grounded
cable and fused on both sides? Also is isolation transformers real important
on this vintage of a rig? If so can you give me some tips.
2-    I only need one end cap for a "Lumiline" bulb. Does anyone have just
one that they will sell?? Hate to have to order two and only need one.
