An even better idea one ham was prported of using.  He bought a recreation 
van, allowed to have one in the parking lot.  Then would take his carged up 
emergency battery and operated.  Another is said to have had the van parked 
below his apartment and would drop the wires down, connect them up then run.

Now I have worked someone from the east coast who said that he was loading 
his rain gutter 22 lsb.  The best for rose trellises that I heard of was a 
loop inside a PVC pipe put on the trellis as decoration.  I donot know how 
he tuned it but it was said to work.
