A great idea, and one that prompts a question to the group.
I have most of the original manuals in paper form, which in Clegg's case
usually means "mimeo" copies and up to D size blueline prints that
aren't the easiest to work with. It would be a great help for all
Clegg owners to have the manuals digitized to pdf form to make it easier
to print working copies of pages as needed etc. Especially the large
drawings which would require a large-format scanner but which are also
especially fragile and apt to get lost.
For a number of years, there was repository of Clegg (and Swan) manuals
at the site http://6mt.com - which now seems to be permanently gone.
I wonder if anyone had the foresight to save copies that could now be
uploaded to BAMA? (For some reason, BAMA doesn't even have a Clegg
category, perhaps just because the manuals were available at the 6mt site).
If not, I guess someone could buy and upload the pdf copies from the
CDROM being sold on eBay, since that's probably where they came from in
the first place!
