[Clegg] Interceptor receiver

Ah, okay - I didn't think so, but you're much more knowledgeable on this
gear than I am, so it got my attention. I'm always amazed at how quiet the
Interceptor is. Thought it was broken until I came across a signal that
nearly blew out the windows because I had it cranked up. Since then I'm
more careful.
For quite a while the Interceptor & Allbander were what I used to monitor
HF while I was out building the new station. Before moving here it was
situated upstairs with the Venus and other Clegg gear and doubled as the HF
receiver then as well.
I really enjoy them a lot, just wish there was some VHF AM activity around
here. Mainly I just turn everything on and let it idle for an hour or so to
keep things dried out and working.
But yes - that Eddystone dial is as smooth as buttah!
