[Clegg] New to Group

I just put my Thor-6 back on the air after after a 39 year cooling off
period.  I bought it new at Harrison Radio on Greenwich St (RAdio Row) in
NY back in '65 when I was WA2YZF.  Sure do love those 'hollow state' rigs
of old.  That famous Clegg audio was the best on the bands too!  My Thor-6
fed a 6-ele Telrex at about 60 AGL and was like a searchlight in the dark.

I sure would like to find a working Zeus/Interceptor combo and they do turn
up on occasion.  Does anyone have any idea what would be a fair price to
pay if I were to find such gems??  BTW, someone recently told me that the
Interceptor also had an optional accessory converter which gave it great
general coverage receive.  Would anyone be willing to tell me more about
that one?  Did it have it's own freq display or did you have to interpolate
from the Interceptor's panel?

Clegg Labs/Squires-Sanders was just up the hill from where I grew up and I
loved stopping by to twist the knobs on all their gear.  Remember the SS-1R?
