One possibility (not as easy as just using a crystal (if you can get one
and if you can trim it to the frequency you want) is to use a programmable
synthesized source such as the QRP_Labs 'ProgRock':

Inexpensive - only $18 plus postage. If you want a 'tube' type, slip in
under the chassis - I'll never tell anyone.
