*Jeff, using your oscilloscope, or perhaps an RF probe, take a look at 
the rigs' driver chain to ascertain RF levels there. K9BWI and I 
repaired many an FRC-93/KWM2A rig in 'Nam, and you only need to be 
methodical. Check plate and screen voltages on all transmitter chain 
tubes, too. Look for faulty coupling caps, etc. I still repair an 
occasional KWM-2 here, and they're nice rigs. I have a KWM-1, too! Hi Hi.
