[Boatanchors] KWM-2A Low RF Output

Good Evening All,

        Any Collins KWM-2A guru's out there. My KWM-2A is now only
putting out about 20 - 25 Watts on all bands. Check on a Bird model 43
watt meter and 2-30 MHz 50 Watt slug, into a Heathkit Cantenna. Checked
all the voltages, they seem correct. But just not getting full output.
Just for grins and giggle's I swapped out the finals and driver tubes no
improvement. Any suggestions as to where to start looking.
