[Boatanchors] Globe Screen Modulator for HG-303

In 2013 at Ft. Wayne IN hamfest, a fellow was selling a WRL modulator
that went with one of their small CW rigs, the kind that ran a pair of
807s or a 6146 or whatever was at that power level. I recall it was
a small chassis with at least two glass miniature tubes, about the
size of 6BQ5s. He said it was very rare. I'm not a collector so I
looked at it briefly as a curiosity and moved on. Maybe that was it.
