[Boatanchors] Globe Screen Modulator for HG-303

According to info I found, the modulator targeted for the HG-303 was
called HG-303M. Never seen one. Supposely there is an ad in Decmber 1962
QST that mentions this modulator.
WRL Globe did offer the SM-90 which was a Screen modulator. They also
offered a universal modulator called the UM-1.
