[Boatanchors] Reforming Electrolytic Capacitors

In an amp that old, save yourself a lot of grief by just replacing the  
originals with modern caps. While you are at it, replace the rectifiers with  
some of higher PIV and check resistors for change in value, especially the  
bleeders.
 
 
I have seen folks selling old caps on auction places to net a few bux  
towards the cost of replacement parts.
