[Boatanchors] Reforming Electrolytic Capacitors

I agree with John, W4AWM and Jim, W5JO.  Just bite the bullet and replace
all the electrolytics and the rectifiers. From what I can see in the
manual, the capacitors are conventional tubular caps on a separate wiring
board so replacing the caps and the current equalizing resistors should be
fairly easy. Ditto with the rectifiers.  Then when you are done, you are
DONE!
