[Boatanchors] seeking ebay seller advice

    I sold a "big ticket" item awhile back.  The buyer played what I dub "The Collins Whine" (because so many Collins buyers play it).  The listing tells exactly the truth, never making cosmetic claims, says it's "used," with lots of large photos etc.  But the buyer begins whining about a scratch here or nick or some other minor quibble, not because he wants a full refund or to return it, but trying to get a "post-sale discount" of $50 or $100.
