[Boatanchors] AT-1 manual info

I finished working on an AT-1 (Novice Rig) a few months ago.

The center position is indeed OFF as the meter is undamped and bangs around
if in the Ip or Ig positions.

Yes it’s in the manual (at least the one I have/had....).
