[Boatanchors] AT-1 manual info

I'm looking for someone who has a completer AT-1 manual to verify some information.  The AT-1 meter had an annoying habit of banging around when on CW but the schematic & parts list show the meter switch was 3-position, with the unmarked center stop turning the meter off while still letting the transmitter operate. My question is whether this feature was actually mentioned in the manual or if it was overlooked.
