[Boatanchors] DX-40 Fuse

Unfortunately, the DX-40 power transformers are problematic.  Not quite as bad as the DX-35, but still running on the ragged edge.  It wasn't until the DX-60 that Heath provided a power transformer with an adequate capability. Glen, K9STH Website: http://k9sth.net

I was using a 2.5A. It blew a few days ago. Got it on the bench now and am hearing
what sounds like some arcing...probably the xfmr...a common DX-40 pblm. Will 
be cking some other things tho. Expect the worse..hope for the best...hi.
