[Boatanchors] DX-40 Fuse

If the PT is the problem...and tests are pointing that way, this will make three I've
had xfmr problems with. The first was my orig novice rig, which I had sold/traded
to a good friend (now SK). His shack was in his bedroom and he would cut it on
when he got home from school. After supper, he went in to operate and the room
was filled with smoke...ye ole DX-40 bit the dust in grand fashion. His dad subsequently
banished his future ham radio operations outside to the 'smoke house'. At least in my
present case, the fuse may have saved me from a smoked up shack.

Unfortunately, the DX-40 power transformers are problematic. Not quite as bad as the DX-35, but still running on the ragged edge. It wasn't until the DX-60 that Heath provided a power transformer with an adequate capability.
