[Boatanchors] need advice aboutt SSB adaptors

I'm going to assume the IF on the RME ahead of the detector is 455 kc
which has a lot of options.  Some other IF adds a complication.

For 455 kc I would look for the Hammarlund outboard slicer, the HC-10
