[Boatanchors] SBE-33 Alignment

I'm not familiar with the SBE stuff, but I expect you are supposed to be looking at an RF (AC) voltage there.
Is your voltmeter capable of reading what are probably fairly low values of a somewhat high frequency (5 - 9 MHz or so) voltage?
An old Heathkit or other VTVM should probably suffice for this. A "modern" digital multimeter? Maybe, maybe not.
