[Boatanchors] SBE-33 Alignment

No, This is the 455 kc oscillator and I am using 410B. The pot is on
the diode modular ring to balance the carrier signal to the modulator.
Maybe I should be looking at an RF voltage although the manual doesn't
say anything other than to use a VTVM. I suppose I should try the AC
probe or a scope.
