OK. I forgot about the rail gun. But bear in mind the vintage of what is
generally appropriate to discuss here. Apply that filter and you aren't
going to find an 0.01 ufd 1KV electrolytic. And I still say that there's no
practical reason to make one unless you were going to embed it into an IC.
