My only input on this is the guy that asks 'What is the lowest price 
you'll take", you give him the price and he makes an offer below the 
just stated "lowest price".  They usually get a little offended when I 
ask them if they understood my reply? When I give a lowest price, that 
is EXACTLY what I mean. When they try that lower offer stuff, I send 
them packing! This same guy will get mad as heck if his lovely 16 year 
old Daughter asks "What is the latest I need to be home by" and he says 
11:00PM and she comes slipping through the door at 1:30AM. Maybe she 
watched him at ham fests & applied the same logic?
