[Boatanchors] Cleaning wafer switch contacts

Be aware spraying deoxit all over a phenolic switch is asking for big trouble. Ceramic is fine but for phenolic use a q tip or a small hypo to out the deoxit in the contacts and NOT in the phenolic!
