[Boatanchors] Cleaning wafer switch contacts

To add on to Bill K4JYS, you don’t soak the entire phenolic wafer as it
will absorb the Deoxit and may swell.   It may not return to its original
dimensions afterwards.      I use a Q-TIP to apply the stuff sparingly.
Good stuff, but not cheap.
