Tom, 
De Oxit is good stuff. You can find it at AES and other
places I'm sure...as Roger said a bit pricey, but will
last a good while. 

For the phenolic wafer switches, I usually use a 
hypodermic needle and put a drop or two on each 
wafer contact, then rotate the shaft several times.
I don't spray and soak the whole phenolic wafer.
I do the same for ceramic wafers, but you might be
able to spray that whole wafer w/o any problems.
The 'drop' method also saves a bit of the juice.

Some stuff called De Oxit
expensive but it works.
it can be brought on line and delivered via the mail.
