[Boatanchors] Electronic Goldmine parts

People seem to have picked up a LOT of misinformation over time; "Per 
eBay policy, there are no returns on electrical equipment." What a 
crock. While it's a nice CYA move, eBay has no such policy. Nobody (all 
right, perhaps the dumb and the lame excepted) provides a warranty on 
electrical parts. No one's there watching you connect something 
improperly so you don't blow it up and start crying.

eBay also provides relatively pain-free international shipping for its 
sellers. (Why not? The bigger the market the more its commission!) Still....
