For USPS shipping, US continental only is a crock.

In many cases, USPS rates to Alaska and Hawaii, and for that matter everywhere USPS delivers at domestic rates, those rates may be exactly the same as shipping anywhere in the contiguous US.

East coast mailing points to California, Alaska, Hawaii, Saipan and Guam are exactly the same rates.
