[Boatanchors] Central Electronics 10A/B coil data

I downloaded the CE-10A/B coil chart from the Central Electronics website and amtrying to resolve some questions.   
I'm unable to find the values for the swamping resistors shown for the mixer and theamplifier coils.  There is a note on the amplifier section of the schematic which says"see instr" but looking through the manual, there is no mention of the swampingresistors.  Probably looking right at me and I don't see it but does anyone have theinformation on these?
Also, the coil chart for the 10A/B coils (one mixer, one amplifier per set) show a coiltap off center.  Is it safe to assume that the coil solders in with the smaller number ofturns biased as per the diagram?  
QSO in private if you'd like and have some experience with these units.
