[Boatanchors] Central Electronics 10A/B coil data

The schematic on BAMA for the 10B shows 22K for all mixer coils except 10
meters.
The swamping resistors for the final show 2x 4.7K in series but you change
them depending on how much swamping you need for the amplifier you are
driving. When using one years ago I remember removing that resistor to get
as much output as possible. You may need some resistance if the 6AG7 wants
to oscillate.
