[Boatanchors] Early 1961 Callbook Question

This is for a friend of mine who currently holds the call sign.

My Fall 1961 Call book does not show it so we are speculating that it was an
expired Novice call at that time. There are a few WV2O** calls still in
there suggesting that the earlier ones good only for a year had already
expired and that the holder did not upgrade.

Any info is appreciated and best direct to me than cluttering the reflector.
