This has been going on LONG before the Patriot Act.

They call it Echelon.  They run it out of Canada, and up the road from 
here sits the NSA HQ.

It is loaded with Super Computers.

It has a large contingent of 3 story tall shredders.  They run 24/7.

If you believe in "Black Helicopters", I've got some swamp real estate 
to sell you!

I can go to my "Little" municipal airport and point out the Navy Blue 
OV-10 Broncos with the tail numbers conveniently located in the exhaust 
stream.

If you look the tail numbers up in the FAA Registry - They do NOT exist.

They are there - out in the open.
