Do some research on the Patriot Act and get a tour of Ft. Huachuca if you 
can get in.  Again the government routinely computer monitors much of the 
cell and web traffic for key words.  If detected by computer they are 
isolated and monitored to see who said what, no warrant obtained or 
required.  If isolated you will be placed under surveillance and when 
necessary they will go to a judge to get a warrant which has been held to 
cover only the individual cell phone or line not the person.
